1.Dark Chocolate - Chocolate & Peanut Butter Banana Bars

Ingredients:  Directions: 
  1. Pulse the granola and peanuts in a food processor for 5 seconds. 
  2. Mix together the peanut butter and mashed banana until smooth.
  3. Transfer the peanut butter-banana mixture to a bowl along with the granola and peanuts. 
  4. Stir until well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and press down until uniformly distributed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cutting into bars. 
 2. Cashew Butter - Cashew Cranberry and Orange Bars
Ingredients:  Directions:
  1. Pulse the granola and pecans in a food processor for 5 seconds. 
  2. Transfer to a bowl along with chopped cranberries. Stir.
  3. Mix the cashew butter, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.
  4. Pour into the bowl with the granola. 
  5. Stir until well incorporated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and press down until uniformly distributed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cutting into bars. 


3. Cinnamon Raisin - Almond and Raisin Bars

Ingredients:  Directions: 
  1. Pulse the granola and almonds in a food processor for 5 seconds. 
  2. Transfer to a bowl along with chopped raisins and cinnamon. Stir.
  3. Mix the almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Pour into the bowl with the granola. 
  5. Stir until well incorporated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and press down until uniformly distributed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cutting into bars.

4.  Almond Butter Granola Bars

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt Wet Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and coconut oil. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Almond Butter Organic Granola and optional chopped almonds. 
  4. Mix Together: Pour the warm almond butter mixture over the granola mixture.  Stir until all the ingredients are well coated and evenly mixed. 
  5. Press into Pan: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
  6. Chopped Alter Eco Classic Blackout (Optional): sprinkle the chopped classic blackout on top and gently press them into the granola mixture.
  7. Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are firm and set.
  8. Cut into Bars: once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the granola mixture out of the pan. Place on a cutting board and cut into bars of your desired size.
  9. Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
