CHOCOLATE BROWNIE OATMEAL
October 29 2018A quick and delicious oatmeal recipe brought to you by Plant and Sprout (plantandsprout.com). Feel free to use your favorite Alter Eco chocolate bar and clusters to top your oatmeal bowl!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup water
- 2 chopped squares of Alter Eco chocolate
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients, besides the chocolate, to a saucepan and cook on the stovetop for about 5 minutes, or until the desired consistency is reached. You can also put the mixture into a microwave safe bowl, and cook in the microwave for two minutes. With both methods, just transfer into a serving bowl, and sprinkle the chopped chocolate on top and watch it melt!
